Talent Acquisition Trainee

Location: Pune

Exp: Graduate with 0–1 year experience

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Trainee to support the end-to-end recruitment process. You will work closely with the TA team and hiring managers to identify talent, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate data, and ensure a positive hiring experience, gaining practical exposure to HR and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates from LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media
  • Help screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Maintain candidate data in ATS and update records
  • Support offer documentation and onboarding activities
  • Help prepare basic recruitment dashboards and reports
  • Represent Apptware professionally in all candidate interactions

Requirements:

  • Eagerness to learn recruitment and HR processes
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s completed in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or any stream with strong communication and interpersonal skills
