Sales Trainee

Location: Pune

Exp: Graduate with 0–1 year experience

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Trainee to support business development and client engagement initiatives. You will assist the sales team in lead generation, client interactions, presentations, and CRM management, gaining practical exposure to strategic sales processes and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales team in lead generation and outreach
  • Coordinate meetings, client interactions, and follow-ups
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Gain exposure to strategic business development and client relationship management

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
  • Analytical mindset and proactive approach
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools is advantageous

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any stream with interest in Sales, Business Development, or Client Management
