Job Description
As the Inside Sales Lead, you will be the primary architect of Apptware’s outbound engine. You will lead a high-performing team to penetrate the US/UK IT services market, focusing on mid-market and enterprise accounts. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of hands-on lead generation, strategic market analysis, and team mentorship.
Drives revenue growth by managing the sales cycle for outbound leads, from initial contact and qualification to generating opportunities, ensuring consistent pipeline growth.
We are looking for a highly experienced Inside Sales Lead who will drive the results for new business acquisition along with the team. Need someone who is experienced in the IT services Industry and understand the US market very well and have consistently delivered in this role. This position will work closely with the Head – Sales in defining market reach-outs and generating qualified leads for the sales team.
This role is critical to the business growth at Apptware and hence will be rewarding if the desired results are achieved by the individual.
Job Responsibility
Key responsibilities involves identifying, nurturing, and closing leads remotely (phone/email), managing sales pipeline in a CRM, collaborating with marketing, conducting presentation/demos, and meeting targets, requiring skills in communication, negotiation, CRM tools and market research. Key duties include lead qualification, Services/Product presentations, overcoming objections, and ensuring customer satisfaction, bridging marketing efforts with sales outcomes.
- Pipeline Generation: Own and exceed quarterly targets for Sales
Qualified Leads (SQLs) and pipeline value through multi-channel
outbound efforts (Email, LinkedIn, Cold Calling).
- Strategic Market Reach-out: Collaborate with the Head of Sales to define
Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and execute account-based marketing
(ABM) strategies for the US market.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the early stages of the sales cycle,
ensuring seamless hand-offs to the Account Executives/Sales team.
- Sales Tech Stack Optimization: Leverage and manage tools like LinkedIn
Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) to
automate and scale outreach.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior BDRs/SDRs, refining their scripts,
objection-handling techniques, and qualification criteria
- Lead gen. for the American region (Enterprises / ISV) / for Healthcare /
BFSI segments / Startups
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and results.
