About opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the creation of intuitive, user-friendly, and visually compelling designs. With a strong background in user - centered design principles, you will take ownership of end-to-end design processes, mentor junior designers, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and impactful user experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- Proficiency in creating design systems, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Knowledge of basic front-end development principles (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research activities such as interviews, focus groups, and usability testing.
- Analyze user feedback and data to create detailed user personas and journey maps.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Define and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
- Translate business goals and user needs into seamless interfaces and interactions.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business objectives.
- Bridge the gap between design and development by providing clear design specifications.
- Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and learning.
- Advocate for best practices in design thinking, accessibility, and user experience.
- Conduct usability testing to identify areas of improvement and iterate designs accordingly.
- Use analytics and user behaviour insights to drive continuous improvements.
