Apptware was brought in to bring JobWhiz's AI-driven vision to life. The strategy centered on making every mock interview feel personal — pairing dynamic, role-specific questions with real-time NLP feedback on tone, clarity, and confidence. Each pillar was built to work together: personalised practice feeding into instant feedback, backed by a backend robust enough to support thousands of concurrent users and their full session history.
Created an AI-driven mock interview setup with dynamic questions based on the user's selected role and experience. Used NLP to assess content, tone, confidence, and clarity in audio responses.
Built algorithms to give automated feedback on verbal performance, filler words, pacing, and structure. Provided scores and progress tracking with tips for improvement.
Curated role-specific questions across industries — tech, sales, design, operations, and more. Allowed users to select difficulty levels and simulate real-time recruiter interactions.
Developed a robust backend to manage thousands of concurrent users and store past sessions securely. Enabled video recording and review functionality.
