It appears that artificial intelligence is finally poised to enter the human communication arena as data generation reaches massive proportions and every individual becomes an information source.

Less is more, as the saying goes. Examples include driverless automobiles, sales agents who do less client involvement, and assistance-free deliveries. Now that data collection has reached unprecedented levels and that every individual is a source of information, the field appears to be set for artificial intelligence to enter and redefine human communication.

The Huge Convergence

An industry-wide disruption may be possible as a result of the convergence of big data and artificial intelligence (AI). Due to the availability of massive volumes of data, companies are abandoning hypothesis-based estimation in favour of “data first” initiatives. Artificial intelligence chatbots have been able to practically learn as they go, thanks to the use of machine learning and large data sets.

Chatbots have profited the most from this collaboration. Bots, which were previously unable to understand specific words, regional accents, or nuances of the language, can now easily speak with individuals from different nations.

Due to a process of trial and error, the number of hits outnumbers the number of misses each day. AI is advancing in every discipline with enormous potential to duplicate the functions of the human body, which can have a major impact on healthcare.

Despite modest setbacks and accidents, many expect AI will have a profound impact on society. When it comes to emergency communication or finding parking spaces, artificial intelligence (AI) can enhance efficiency in a relatively short amount of time. The development of these bots is also accelerating. Millions of dollars will be saved in production and depreciation costs, and substantial damage will be avoided.

The future is predictable, yet it can sometimes take a surprising turn. It is more crucial to guide particular technologies down a path that leads to their optimal implementation for the benefit of society, though. While AI has its critics, it’s potential to change our relationship to our technology—and each other—cannot be denied. AI and big data can be the face and the source of a disruptive technological dual force with effective implementation and endless research.
